TileRate (“the App”) helps contractors generate tile installation estimates. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your information.

Information We Collect

Admin Account (optional): If you set up an Admin account, we store your username, password, and recovery email. Passwords are securely stored using Apple Keychain.
Estimate Data: Rooms, measurements, and project details you enter are stored locally on your device.
Recovery Email: Used only to send username reminders and password reset emails via our provider (Postmark).

We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or location data.

How We Use Your Information

Provide secure Admin access (including Face ID/Touch ID where available).
Send password reset links and username reminders to your recovery email.
Generate and save estimates for your use.

Data Storage

On-device: Estimates are saved locally on your device.
Credentials: Stored securely using Apple Keychain.
Email: Recovery emails are stored only to send reset instructions.

Third-Party Services

Postmark: Used solely to send recovery emails.
Apple Services: Keychain; Face ID/Touch ID for authentication.

We do not share your data with advertisers or sell your information.

Your Choices & Rights

You can delete estimates and change credentials any time within the App.
To remove the Admin account and all local data, delete and reinstall the App.

Children’s Privacy

TileRate is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above when changes are made.
